Take a journey inward with the combination of cannabis and meditation! In this class we will take a deeper look of the mind-body connection by combining the gentle movements of yoga with the intention practices of meditation. Q- How old do I have to be to participate?
A- You must be 21 years or older with a valid I.D. to participate in any class at Break the Stigma Fitness.
Q- Are classes co-ed?
A- Yes! All are welcome!
Q-Is cannabis provided?
A- Cannabis is not provided, please bring your own medicine.
Q- Are yoga mats available to use?
Q-Where do I park?
A- We have limited parking available in the driveway. Additional parking can be found on Independence Court and Independence Street less than block away!
Q- Should I arrive early to class?
A- Please arrive 10 minutes early and have your valid I.D. ready to be checked at the door.
