Cannabidiol, is the non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. While it cannot get you high, the benefits of CBD have far-reaching potential.
Part of living an active and healthy lifestyle is flexing the creative muscle as well as your actual muscles. When I mention the creative muscle I am referring to the brain. In the year 2017 taking care of yourself and being fit is almost trendy. For years gyms were reserved for bodybuilders, but these days people from all walks of life go out of their way to take care of themselves. However many of us forget to take care of our brains. After a good workout, we go home, flip on Netflix and tune out. That's not bad every now and then but we spend so much time turning our brains off and tuning out these days that many of us live lives with some level of displeasure, and some level of dulled thinking.
So, I’ve decided to create a two-part series.
From now until the next time I post (Wednesday the 18th), I’m going to not smoke and document my dreams.

I, just like anyone else, go through ups and downs. At times, I'm sad. I think more often than not, I'm happy. I can't be happy all the time though - the sad times are inevitable. I've started to learn that what is important is how you deal with those situations - the ones where you're sad, depressed, down - how you deal with them is crucial to get back to your positive, happy state.
It's important to recognize when you don't feel like yourself. I'm someone who loves to have a positive outlook - I want to interact and smile and laugh. I want to enjoy day to day activities and smile when I see other happy people. When I see myself approaching things differently than this, I know something is up. You need to recognize you're feeling off because it's the first step to feeling like your normal self again.
Everyone is different. Even what we eat may affect each other differently. When it comes to diet I don't want anyone to get hurt by eating something they shouldn't . I'm not a scientist or claim to have any PhDs in any particular medicine. All I can do is recommend what I think is best. So try this. Its one of my favorite snacks....
Ask any doctor what they learned about marijuana in med school and they’ll likely tell you stories of addiction, abuse, and a gateway drug which will lead you into the perils of society. I encourage you to ask your doctor what he or she knows about the endocannabinoid system...
